Introduction:
Royal Lounge Properties is a real estate company based in Abu Dhabi that specializes in developing high-end residential and commercial properties. The company had previously established a brand image, but it was not effectively resonating with its target audience. To address this issue, the company approached us for help with re-branding, banner design, and graphic designing.
Branding:
The first step in the re-branding process was to assess the existing brand image and determine why it was not effectively resonating with the target audience. We conducted market research and held discussions with the company to gain a better understanding of its brand personality, target audience, and unique selling points.
Based on this information, we developed a new brand strategy that emphasized Royal Lounge Properties’ commitment to quality, luxury, and sophistication, while also catering to the needs and preferences of its target audience.
Next, we created a new logo and visual identity system that reflected the updated brand personality and values. The new logo was a combination of elegant typography and a color palette of Red and black, symbolizing luxury and sophistication. The visual identity system included guidelines for typography, imagery, and other visual elements, ensuring consistent use of the brand across all materials.
Banner Designs:
To increase visibility and reach a wider audience, we designed a series of banners for Royal Lounge Properties. The banners were designed to be eye-catching and attention-grabbing, with bright colors, high-quality images, and bold typography. The banners were placed in high-traffic areas, such as near busy roads and at shopping malls, to maximize exposure.
Graphic Designing:
In addition to banner design, we also created a variety of other graphic design materials to support Royal Lounge Properties’ marketing and advertising efforts. These included brochures, business cards, social media graphics, and email newsletters. All these materials were designed with the same visual identity system and brand personality, ensuring a consistent look and feel across all communication channels.
